Guest access
Guests have access to private bedroom, private en-suite bathroom, living room workspace and a shared first-floor entry and common area. Entry is secure and convenient with keyless smart-lock access, and motion-activated lighting provides added visibility upon arrival. Free street parking is available throughout the neighborhood. Please note that street cleaning takes place every Tuesday's from 800 AM to 12:00 PM. To help maintain the privacy, comfort, and security of all occupants, kitchen access and backyard access are not included with the stay. Please note that kitchen access is not included.
Other details
Grae is our gentle family rescue cat and may occasionally be seen outdoors on the patio. She does not enter guest areas, and your private space will remain pet-free. If you have allergies or concerns, please let me know in advance so I can ensure your comfort.

The following guidelines help us maintain a safe and comfortable, and enjoyable stay for all guests. 1. Guest Eligibility & Registration All guests must be registered on the reservation prior to arrival. 2. Check-In / Check-Out Check-In: 3:00 PM Check-Out: 12:00 PM *Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional fees. 3. Smoking Policy No smoking, vaping, hookah, marijuana, or illegal substances are permitted anywhere on the property. 4. Additional Guests Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Additional guests must be approved and added to the reservation prior to arrival. 5. Quiet Hours Quiet Hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and others occupants. 6. Damages Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear. 7. Security & Safety Camera Disclosure: One security camera located in the host's private second-floor living area. The camera does not monitor, record, or view guest bedrooms, bathrooms, or guest-use spaces. 8. Extended Stay Refresh Service (6+ Nights) For stays of six (6) nights or longer, a complimentary light refresh service which may include fresh towels, trash removal, surface wipe-down.. The timing will be coordinated with the guest in advance. 9. Deliveries & Mail Mail, packages, food deliveries or shipments (including FedEx, UPS, Amazon and USPS) must be approved by the host prior to delivery. 10. Guest Conduct & House Etiquette 😉 Please remove shoes when entering the home. Respect quiet hours, shared spaces (common area/first floor area/ entrance), and the peaceful welcoming place of AirAdaama. 11. Private Areas Certain areas of the property are reserved for the host use only and are not included in the guest reservation unless specifically approved. 12. Photography, Media & Commercial Use Professional photography, videography, content creation, commercial filming, social media production, or business-related media activities or production requires prior written approval from the host. Commercial -use fees may apply to approved projects. *Please contact the host in advance for scheduling and permission. 13. Communication & Special Requests 🤩 Guests are welcome to communicate through the reservation platform at any time. We are happy to assist with questions, special requests, local recommendations, and celebration planning whenever possible. 14.Resident Cat & Allergy Notice Grae, the resident cat, lives on the property and does not have access to guest accommodations. Guest with severe pet allergies or sensitivities are encouraged to contact the host prior to booking to discuss any concerns. *Guest accommodations are professionally cleaned and maintained between stays to ensure a comfortable and welcoming experience. 15. Payments & Fees All reservation charges, cleaning fees, approved add-on services, and applicable fees are processed through the Futurestay reservation and payment system. AirAdaama does not accept cash payments or off-platform payment arrangements. 16. Pet(s) Live on Property
Grae is our gentle rescue cat who is spayed, independent and friendly. She mostly keeps to herself and spends much of her time outdoors on the front porch or relaxing under the trees. When indoors, she heads upstairs to her own space, so guests can enjoy their stay comfortably without interruption.
Limited or No Parking
While there is no dedicated on-site parking, free street parking is generally available nearby. Street cleaning occurs every Tuesday from 8:00 PM 12:00 PM, and vehicles must be moved during those hours. Metered parking is also available in the area.
Shared Spaces
Guests have exclusive access to their private first-floor bedroom, private en-suite bathroom, and living room workspace next door. The only shared area is the first-floor entry and the common area when you entered inside the home. The kitchen and backyard are not included with the reservation.
Exterior Security Camera(s)
To ensure the safety of our guests and the property, we have two security cameras on-site. One is positioned at the front of the house, monitoring the entrance area, and the other is located in the backyard, covering the outdoor space. They do not capture any interior areas or private spaces.
